TIMOTHY BELIEVES IN HAVING A STRONG FOUNDATION IN BASIC ASANA (YOGA POSES) TO BE ABLE TO FIND EITHER FLOW OR STILLNESS AND TO CREATE A LONG LASTING PRACTICE.
Timothy completed his 200-hour training with Yoga Medicine in 2018. Later he studied Yin yoga, Pranayama, and Chinese medicine. His current passion is Ashtanga and Yin yoga. Taking elements from Taiji, Timothy’s classes are slow challenging and technical.
